The nepali staff who were in intern really helped me during my stay. Even Indian door guard was very friendly. The food was fine. The room were very good and were upto standard. Rooms were clean as well.

Very far from the main location. The cleaning was done when we returned at around 5 pm or 6 pm which was not good. Improve on some of the food taste. lift are little old. Reception guys were good but not that helpful enough or thoughtful to solve customer problem.

Only buffet breakfast is good

Buffet breakfast was very good, but the buffet lunch was quite average with very limited non‑veg options (only basic chicken and fish dishes). The swimming pool also did not appear to be cleaned properly during our stay, which was disappointing.”

Good location and good staff

Very good staff, especially room cleaning staff Madavi and Team are really good and humble

Wonderful staff, always helpful,kind and polite,set in beautiful grounds, large comfortable room. I would defiantly stay there again. Great for a peaceful few days.

It was just a bit far out and it took a long time to get anywhere because of the traffic.

Rooms

Slow restaurant service as I had to request multiple times to refill the food items in breakfast buffet and in room delivery took more than 1 hour. Also, most of the facilities and amenities mentioned in booking.com were not available.

There is nothing which can be mentioned as I liked. Checkin time was one hour as hotel office was unable to realize the payment which I had already paid to Booking.com. Due to this delay I had to miss on important meetings. Food quality also to be improved drastically.

We enjoyed a one-night staycation. Staffs were very attentive and helpful, making our experience pleasant. The property itself is well-maintained, though some maintenance work was ongoing in other parts of the hotel during our visit. The team invited us to revisit, and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

The location isn’t particularly appealing unless you’re a local or have a specific reason for choosing this staycation spot. However, once you’re inside the property, the exceptional hospitality makes it worth the visit.

Room was clean but the property is old and rooms hardly looked like an ITC hotel standard. The restaurant was good, staf was polite and helpful. Food was good and tasty.

The access is terrible and from back side of the hotel where the road is damaged and after entering the hotel there is some repair work going on with workers, material and equipment strewn around. There is no direction indicators to lead the guests to the hotel reception. The parking is poorly maintained.

Extremely customer friendly personnel. Good food although a bit pricy.

Outdated premises, although (re-)construction is on its way. Many rooms are being refurbished and during day time this means noise until around 8 pm. After rain leakage in the hallway. Very far from everything interesting in Kolkata.

The staff were excellent, specially the staff at the Front desk who did smooth check in and check out. Samana at Front desk and Smarika at Zodiac and Manjula during breakfast and dinner were very caring and nice. Overall the stay was comfortable.

We reported one incident that happened on the first night of our stay. It was 2 am at night and someone was knocking our door until we opened the door. The person said he was from housekeeping and brought water for us. We did not ask for water as we were sleeping. When we called at reception, the person receiving the call said it was a mistake. The water was for another room. He did not even apologise for the same and behaved as it was very normal for the mistake to happen at 2 am in the night. We were not expecting this.

Location. I HV requested for 3 person 1 king bed and 1 single bed, however I was sleeping on floor mattress

Good room. The executive suite.

Very unprofessional, petty, egoistic and malevolent staff. Starting from the reception. My fiance had to initiate the check in formalities as there was no valet. So I had to park in the parking full of water downhill. Once I returned the receptionist told us that we have been upgraded from the Executive Suite to the Club Room. There is no type of room called Club Room in Booking.com for this hotel. When we got to our room we saw that it was the cheapest Double Deluxe Bedroom. We went to the reception and complained that it is not a suite. 5 people tried to convince us that it was a suite and then the reception started talking in muffled voice over the phone saying they ran out of executive rooms. We were just shocked. One guy escorted us to our new suite room which was double the size of the so called Club room. The guy started arguing about the Club Room inside the newly alloted room when I asked for the name of the receptionist. This sort of treatment continued. Our live counter pastas cause tongue burns due to extreme salt. We had to call 5 times to get a bottle of water at 9.30 pm at night.

No i don't like the hotel at all because the location is not feasible to come out.

Food is the not good service is not good Maintenance of rooms and hotel not good

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The best thing about the stay was the pool. It was huge.

Most of the buildings in the premises are under construction. Hence debris is dumped here and there which is not visually appealing. Room service is extremely slow and they don't listen to half of the things you say. Buffet food is extremely average be it breakfast or lunch.

Check in and check out time is very short only 20 hours. Swimming pool is dirty and unhygienic.
